According to Flightglobal news, the Federal Aviation Administration has approved 10 Eclipse 500 aircraft for use by the charter service NAJet. Apparently this approval came about after the company upgraded the aircraft to specifications set by Eclipse Aerospace, the company that recently bought out bankrupt Eclipse Aviation.

Epic Air assets to be sold

According to AIN Online, Harlow Aerostructures, which is based in Wichita, KS, is seeking to buy the assets of now-bankrupt kit aircraft manufacturer Epic Air. Harlow had previously put in a bid for the assets of very light jet developer Eclipse Aviation, but did not participate in the final bidding.
